Villagers are the most critical unit of Age of Empires IV, especially in the early game. The value you can extract from making villagers in the first five minutes of the game is immense. In the first few seconds, have your villagers start harvesting sheep. Send your scout out to find more sheep and send every sheep you find back to your village.
I would like to create a Desktop Shortcut for AoE2:DE but cannot seem to find the executable (it does show up in the Start menu). The program does not show up in Programs under the Control Panel and does not appear under C:\\Users\\USERNAME\\Games\\Age of Empires 2 DE (hidden files is checked). I have searched the web with no results. Any ideas where I can find it.

There is two game modes: Death Match which has 55k resources on start and and Random map in which you have to choose between, Low, Default, Medium and High resource amount.
